The role

Syncio is looking for a Junior Content Writer to join the Growth team and play a key role in positioning Syncio as the leading voice in collaborative commerce.

This role is perfect for someone who is deeply curious about people—what drives them, what they value—and has a passion for writing above all else. Day to day, you’ll focus on writing high-quality blog posts for the Syncio Blog and creating engaging social media copy that resonates with our audience.

Beyond writing, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and refine Syncio’s voice and tone, collaborating across teams to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful. Your writing will play a crucial role in reinforcing our unique position in the market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a natural storyteller with a passion for writing to grow into the content strategy side of things and make a meaningful impact in a fast-evolving industry.

What you will do

• Write for the Syncio blog
  • Create high-quality, long-form blog posts from end to end, educating and engaging our target audience.
  • Conduct thorough research on topics and user journeys, leveraging SEO tools to create optimised content that drives organic traffic.
  • Build trust and awareness with our audience through clear, compelling storytelling.
• Write scroll-stopping copy for social media
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to write copy for social media channels (both paid and organic) that drives audience engagement.
  • Assist in brainstorming and conceptualising creative ideas for campaigns that capture attention and align with our brand voice.
• Shape the Syncio voice and enhance external communications
  • Help define and refine a unique brand voice for Syncio and ensure it is consistent across all communications.
  • Use your writing expertise to enhance how Syncio communicates with customers and prospects.
  • Assist the Growth and Product teams in crafting impactful external communications, including emails, newsletters, and product copy.
• Dive deep into customer
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and customers through interviews, and research.
  • Use these insights to shape a customer-centric content strategy that speaks directly to their needs and challenges.
