Syncio wasn't supposed to be what it is today. Syncio started as an internal tool for a marketplace startup that we were building. The marketplace was attracting heaps of like-minded brands, but we simply couldn't onboard and manage all the products and stock levels to make the marketplace a good shopping experience for consumers.
We solved that problem by creating Syncio - a simple yet powerful solution that allowed the marketplace to sync inventory directly from the brand's online store, keeping the product information and stock levels up-to-date in real-time.
Our marketplace started to grow rapidly. Then, an unexpected thing happened. The brands started to push us to make Syncio available to use for themselves, as they experienced the same issues working with other retailers and marketplaces. We listened.
